TSSF/CMAS 1 Star Diver Course

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:
To be over the age of 14 (with parental consent for applicants under the age of 18).
Adequate swimming skills.
Being healthy and signing the declaration stating that there is no health obstacle to diving with equipment (with the consent of the parent for those under 18 years old)
TSSF/CMAS 1 Star diver course consists of theoretical and practical training.
In theoretical training; Administrative course, basic equipment, basic diving signs, pressure and volume relations, independent scuba diving equipment, physics physiology, buoyancy equipment, diving suits and auxiliary materials, maintenance and storage of materials,  In emergency situations, it is aimed to have knowledge about self and other rescue techniques, safe diving rules and limits, diving site selection and protection, decompression tables. Diver candidates who are successful in the exam to be held after the theory training are entitled to participate in practical training.
In practical training; Preparation of diving equipment, wearing diving equipment above and below the water, water entry techniques, buoyancy controls, controlled descent and rise techniques, mask cleaning, maskless breathing practices, practice of removing and re-inserting the basic air source regulator, main air source and alternative air source with a diving partner. It is aimed to have sufficient practice in air sharing from the source, fin tip buoyancy, techniques for exiting the water, and disassembling diving equipment after diving. Practical water training consists of 1 confined water and 4 open water dives.
The diver who successfully completes the training and is entitled to receive a star diver ID; become a diver who is informed about the theoretical issues related to diving, can properly equip and remove all diving equipment, use them correctly and dive, and is ready to dive in open water with at least three star diver or a diving instructor. The diving depth limit of 1 star diver is 18 meters, can not dive at night.
